• Your Email Address: Used as your unique account identifier, for sending status updates, and for authenticating studio team access.
• Profile Picture URL: Used to display your avatar in the studio portal.

We do not request or access your contacts, Google Drive files, calendar events, or any other personal Google data.

3. How Your Information Is Used

We use your information exclusively to:

• Authenticate your session securely on our client portal and team workspace.
• Track and manage wedding photography, cinematography, and album deliverable requests.
• Enable proof selection, approvals, and two-way verification for scheduled events.
• Verify role-based permissions for studio administrators, photographers, and editors.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, advertising brokers, or data brokers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account information is stored securely in encrypted databases provided by Supabase and served through Cloudflare with TLS 1.3 encryption. Access controls follow a strict deny-by-default architecture, ensuring only verified accounts can view project milestones and proofs.
